Unhappy with the results you are getting?  It's time to stop repeating the behaviour that's getting you those results ... right!


Albert Einstein said "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results"


  • Do you want to have more time?
  • Do you want more revenue?
  • Do you want more profit?
  • Do you want to sell your business?


If you answered YES your current way of working isn't "Working".


To keep doing what you have always done would therefore be "Insanity" wouldn't it?


If you want to improve your results you need to take a good hard look at what you are doing, what works, what doesn't work, and analyse how to improve the results. Ohhh and then take action of course!.


  1. Start by identifying ever single task you do and ask yourself why do you do each task? Or better still, what would be the implication if you didn't do it?
  2. Determine whether you, and you alone, have to do that task.
  3. If someone else can do the task start documenting exactly how you do that task so you can outsource or employ someone else to do it ASAP
  4. Create a process chart to determine where you are duplicating effort or identify redundant areas
  5. Not enough customers? Ask youself why not?
  6. Analyse the sale from your best 10 customers (5 if you really haven't got time). Where did they come from, how did you get the sale? Then duplicate that process over and over again
  7. Try to make more money from your time. Ask yourself would it be possible to:
    • package my information up and sell it as a product
    • bring my customers together under one roof rather than see them individually
    • automate my responses to enquiries
    • outsource my admin, book keeping, marketing, sales, etc.
    • use a distribution house instead of me sending orders out
    • get another company to create my CDs, booklets, books, product and distibute it on my behalf
    • get someone else answer my calls and book my appointments
    • sell my product for a set commission fee


And so on .....


Stop doing what doesn't work and start thinking about what could work ... then start doing that instead.
