Sit down and really analyse how you got on last year. Really focus on your last 10:

  • Sales leads
  • Appointments
  • Sales
  • Repeat sales
  • Referrals
  • Lost Sales
  • Calls for Service help
  • Customer complaints
  • Lost customers
  • Testimonials
     

Where did leads come from? How were they created? What did you do? What did you say? How did you react? How did you behave? What action did you take? Who helped you?

Understand what you did right and keep repeating that winning formula. Change nothing apart from your underwear :-)

Try to understand what you did wrong, understand why it went wrong and correct it immediately.

 

As long as we learn from the past we can create a brigher future with a full pipeline and bank balance.
