Leanne about_usLeanne Flower is the Founding Director of Eurika Training & Coaching Ltd.  She has a breadth of experience in many sectors including automotive, banking, and the pharmaceutical industry.  She specialises in training and coaching leaders, managers and developing executives from both public and private sectors. She has worked at all levels including Board Directors and has delivered training in the UK and as far a Kazakhstan.

Leanne has empowered clients to set and reach previously unattainable goals.  Her energy, passion, and ‘can do’ attitude is contagious and really helps clients remain motivated and inspired to achieve their goals, especially at the point when they are about to give up.

Hugh Davenport - Resident Business Consultant

H DavenportHugh is a Senior Lecturer in Organisational Business at The University of Northampton where he also leads the BA Management.   As well as teaching at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate level, he delivers a range of workshops and courses for our corporate clients.


Prior to joining Northampton Business School he was a Business Psychologist with BT Training, focusing on management development and leadership training, cultural and organisational change, team working, recruitment and selection and workplace stress. He also has a number of years experience managing in the retail industry, primarily with British Home Stores.

Hugh holds a B.Sc. in Psychology and a M.Sc. in Occupational Psychology. He is a member of the British Psychological Society and a Chartered Psychologist with a current Practising Certificate.

He is an enthusiastic energiser and facilitator, encouraging learning and development in a variety of ways. He believes strongly in the ability of people, given the right “triggers and settings”, to move beyond their comfort zone and identify new abilities and ways of working.

Hugh has been a regular contributor to BBC Radio Northampton, particularly in the area of business psychology.  Hugh is a contributing author on 'Groups and Teams' in "Organisational Behaviour - Individuals, Groups and Organisation" which is in its 4th Edition.



David Flower - Resident Sales Trainer and Consultant

david flowerDavid has twenty years in the solution sales area.  He has enjoyed considerable success within the Visual Communication Industry and In-Store Digital Media markets. 


David has a proven track record selling multi-million pound solutions to corporate giants such as Astra Zeneca, Next, Waitrose, Daimler Chrysler, Vue Entertainment, Somerfield, New Look Retailers, Global Brands Group, FIFA and O2.


He has a strong consulting background and has applied his knowledge to generate new and profitable business and grow existing accounts.  He now spends his time working with our clients to help them grow their business and hit sales KPIs.



Maria Gallucci - Resident HR Specialist

maria gallucciMaria has  over 14 years' experience as an employment solicitor.  She has a breath of knowledge that spans across employment law issues, including disciplinaries, redundancy processes, TUPE and restrictive covenants. Clients value her contribution in drafting all types of employment documentation including contracts, policies and procedures/staff handbooks and compromise agreements and also providing training on numerous employment law topics.


In addition to the above, Maria has represented both employer and employees in the Employment Tribunal and has acted as lead advocate in a number of cases.
