Leanne is a business coach, learning and development specialist, and communication expert with a background in marketing and PMO leadership. She helps leaders and organisations turn strategy into action, improve communication, and strengthen performance through practical, people-focused support. She also brings experience as an author and personal development practitioner, blending business insight with a grounded understanding of mindset and behaviour to support clarity and growth

Graham Mitter

Associate Director
Graham is an MBA-qualified operations and transformation leader with over 25 years’ senior leadership experience in financial services, including board-level roles. He specialises in risk management, governance, and business transformation, with a strong track record of leading large, multi-entity teams across UK and international markets. Graham has helped organisations implement new business models, streamline operations, and deliver complex change programmes, always focused on practical, sustainable results.
