There is evidence dating back 60,000 years that pebbles, fossils and ivory were worn as ornaments by ancient man, and there are medical treatises written from 12th – 18th centuries, detailing the use of crystals in treatment of certain ailments and mental conditions.
CRYSTAL HEALING SESSIONS
What to Expect From A Crystal Healing Treatment:
- You can relax as soon as you enter the room – no prep required
- I will ask you a few questions to ensure you have the best outcome from this treatment
- You will be asked to lay down onto the relaxation couch (no need to remove clothing)
- The lights will be dimmed and soft music will play before you are gently guided through a meditation to enhance a deeper state of relaxation
- I will then work with your vibrational energy to determine which crystal to place about your person and set about to improve your energetic flow
How long does each session last?
- The first session will take 1.5 hours:
- We get to know each other
- Discuss your reasons/ailments so you get the most out of the treatment
- Document your details
- Further treatments will generally take around 40 minutes
